- Receive regular text check-ins for 3 months
- No obligation to respond immediately — be there on your terms
- Added to community chats with other new mothers
As a Big oPPal…
- Matched with a new mom based on shared experiences
- Complete the Big oPPal Training Program before being matched
- Provide regular text support for a minimum of 3 months postpartum
- Join community chats with other peer supporters
